Holy Talents (11 points)

Spiritual Focus - 5/5 points
Gives your Flash of Light and Holy Light spells a 70% chance to not lose casting time when you take damage.

Illumination - 5/5 points
After getting a critical effect from your Flash of Light or Holy Light spell, gives you a 100% chance to gain Mana equal to the base cost of the spell.

Divine Favor - 1/1 point
When activated, gives your next Flash of Light or Holy Light spell a 100% critical effect chance.
A few points for staying alive. Being able to cast nearly uninteruptable heals in combat is pwnful.
If possible, I can imagine its hard to get +crit spell items, for causing more heal crits. Nothing better than casting mana free heals :-)
Divine Favor for the 100% crit heal. Very valuable when your low on health or a team mate is close to die.

Protection Talents (24 points)

Redoubt - 5/5 points
Increases your chance to block attacks with your shield by 30% after being the victim of a critical strike. Lasts 10 seconds or 5 blocks.

Improved Devotion Aura - 5/5 points
Increases the armor bonus of your Devotion Aura by 25%.

Improved Blessing of Protection - 2/2 points
Reduces the cooldown of your Blessing of Protection by 120 seconds.

Toughness - 5/5 points
Increases your armor value from items by 10%.

Shield Specialization - 5/5 points
Increases the amount of damage absorbed by your shield by 25%.

Blessing of Sanctuary - 1/1 point
Places a Blessing on the friendly target, reducing damage dealt from all sources by 7 for 5 minutes. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time.

Holy Shield - 1/1 point
Increases chance to block by 30% for 10 seconds and deals 50 Holy damage for each attack blocked while active. Each block expends a charge. 4 charges.
Big amounts of armor from Protection. This is a good tanking spec when farming or the few times you need to be tank in instances.
Nothing spring to my mind on why picking this, but its useful against melee mobs or fast hitting units when you have your Holy Shield active.

Retribution Talents (16 points)

Benediction - 5/5 points
Reduces the Mana cost of your Retribution spells by 15%.

Improved Seal of the Crusader - 5/5 points
Increases the Attack Power bonus of your Seal of the Crusader and the Holy damage increase of your Judgement of the Crusader by 15%.

Seal of Command - 1/1 point
Fills the Paladin with the spirit of command for 30 seconds, giving the Paladin a chance to deal additional Holy damage equal to the damage of the Paladin's weapon. Only one Seal can be active on the Paladin at any one time.

Vengeance - 5/5 points
Gives you a 15% bonus to Physical and Holy damage you deal for 8 seconds after dealing a critical strike.
Pure holy damage build. Reason is simple...there is no Holy resistance in the game, except for the "natural" resitance everyone have.
Judging someone with Crusader will cause them to take more damage from Seal of Command, but also your Holy Shield damage procs aswell...not to mention Hammer of Wrath when you need to finish someone.

This is pretty much the spec I´m temped to keep. It both makes you a decent tank, but also able to punch back at enemies with 1h weapon due to Retribution talents.
